Teasi map: Equatorial Guinea (africa/equatorial-guinea, OpenStreetMap of 20261008/20261009)

Copy every *.v* file into BikeNav/Map/Countries/ on the device.
Confirm the USB connection on the display first, or the volume stays
unreadable. BikeNav/packages.xml only matters when this replaces one of
the original maps (Denmark, Germany, Norway, Sweden): their entries still
name the old files, and the device warns at startup until they point at
the new ones -- `teasi info <file>` prints the size and md5 to put in.

The device loads one file per layer and country and keeps the one with
the newest date, so delete an older map of Equatorial Guinea before copying, or
it may be ignored. It also only loads countries that are licensed for
it -- country code 229 here.
